The connections team is the team that will most pointedly display the full vision and value of the Compassion Clinic through caring customer service. This team will connect with guests by building the foundation of trust, listening, and hope that will lead to long-term, Christ-centered relationships. Objectives: • Work with the medical and dental team to ensure that each guest has been greeted. • Fill out a connections form to ensure that the guests who would Like a follow-up phone call will receive one and that any extra needs are made known. • Make sure that guests know of everything that is available to them at the clinic and give them a tour.
