The hospitality team provided leadership in coordinating a team of warm, inviting people who demonstrate the love of Jesus through their kindness and their servant hearts. As mentioned earlier, many of the guests will expect the traditional free clinic – cold and distant. These volunteers are challenged with the responsibility of overwhelming our guests with love and creating a warm and safe environment. Their primary job is to make the volunteers and people who attend Compassion Clinics feel loved and honored. This team is perfect for those who are outgoing and feel comfortable in new environments. Volunteers are encouraged to engage and visit with guests and make sure each guest feels valued and appreciated. The hospitality team works to accomplish these objectives: To recruit and organize general volunteers. To serve snacks to volunteers and guests the day of the event. To engage and visit with guests and make sure each guest feels valued and appreciated. This team often works with the Food team and the Connections team.
